Launching Our Online Platform for Property Investors

Today we’re excited to officially launch our digital platform for property investors that streamlines the process of sourcing and purchasing investment properties. What’s especially exciting about this new online marketplace for investors, is that it’s the first and only one that provides access to exclusive and vetted properties sourced directly from homeowners looking to sell to a property investor. You won’t find these properties on the MLS — or anywhere else — and property investors can now save time and thousands of dollars finding their next investment.

Before the release of Sundae’s marketplace, investors accessed our property inventory via text message and email. That was not only time-consuming but inefficient for both the homeowner and investor. Now we’re able to hone in on our mission with a more sophisticated way to match investors with exclusive properties directly from our sellers, and in turn, get homeowners the highest price possible.

I know first-hand how difficult it is to be a property investor looking for the next investment opportunity. Prior to Sundae, I helped start an online mortgage bank specializing in short-term residential bridge loans, and before that, co-founded a residential real estate private equity firm focused on buying, renovating, and selling houses. A lot of time and money is spent digging for the next opportunity by driving for dollars, sending direct mail, scouring the MLS and auction sites, only to come up empty-handed.
