The idea is that we are going to see an enormous increase in relocation in the near future resulting from changing behaviors related to personal safety and security, financial challenges, shifting perceptions of quality of life and personal comfort, and how we define the workplace. These shifts will influence both households and businesses to consider relocations in the coming months.
