Landlords sell their properties for a variety of reasons. In Bob’s case, the timing was just right. Here’s why he decided to work with Sundae.
Bob R. is a long time landlord and property owner. During his tenure in the real estate industry he’s seen areas completely transform, weathered difficult market conditions, and also prospered. After many years as a landlord, Bob decided that it was time to sell.

Following the market
